Returns & Refunds
All items are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style changes.

Damaged or misprinted items
If your item arrives with a defect or damage, contact us within 21 days of delivery. Send a clear photo, order number, and description. We'll reprint it for free or issue you a full refund—no need to return the item.

How refunds work
Refunds are processed manually through our store. Once issued, the amount will return to your original payment method (time depends on your bank).
